CUSTOM DRAWINGS

Every trailer starts with custom drawings for each job. Your trailer is produced once you sign off on your unique plans.

CUSTOM KITCHEN LAYOUT

Not every menu is the same, so no two kitchens should be identical. Tailor your trailer to the work flow of your food service business.

GENERATOR OPTION

A popular option to shore-powering your trailer is a generator in a fully enclosed genny cabinet, vented to the exterior only. VIA can help you choose the required generator size based on demand for power.

PROPANE INSTALLATION

Secured tanks to fuel the propane powered equipment. The entire system has safety measures in place, which are key in obtaining the mobile food safety equipment certification.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

Only licensed electrical service technicians are a part of the VIA builds. This ensures the ongoing integrity of the wiring and panel, but also ensures ESA compliance.

FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

Restaurant grade fire suppression systems are put into all trailers with kitchens. After inspection a fire safety certificate is placed in the file; this is required to attain insurance.

COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATES

Before a concession trailer leaves VIA, Technical Safety Standards and Electrical Safety Standards inspections are completed.   

MTO SERVICE CENTRE

Our on-site licensed trailer mechanic does 100’s of annual trailer safeties each year, can repair your trailer, and be an asset in maintaining and prolonging the life-span of your investment.

Ready-to-install aluminum cabinets keep you organized and maximize the efficiency of your mobile operation. Or, if attention is what you’re after, 3M vinyl wrapping will get noticed. We can help you choose from several finishing touches.
